HERSHEY – A Johnstown native is facing charges in Dauphin County that he had unlawful contact with a minor and criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced Saturday.
Adam Lichvar, 31, was arrested Thursday in Hershey on suspicion of soliciting sex from an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old boy on a social networking site.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (TND) — A concert to honor fraternity brothers that defended the U.S. flag from pro-Palestinian protesters is in its early planning stages, organizers announced.
Images and videos circulating social media in May depicted members of the University of North Carolina’s Pi Kappa Phi, Alpha Epsilon Pi and other fraternities holding up the U.S. flag. BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities say a Blair County man is facing charges following an investigation into the overdose death of a man last May.
Police say on May 19th, 31-year-old Adam Walter was found dead of a drug overdose at his home in Hollidaysburg Borough.
Police say 31-year-old Dalton Snyder, of Altoona, reportedly supplied Walter with the drugs, which contained fentanyl, before his death.
According to online court records, Snyder is charged with felony counts for drug delivery resulting in death, drug possession and criminal use of a communication facility. Read More...
