Gunman in deadly Osceola Mills shooting had PFA against him

OSCEOLA MILLS - State police said Tuesday a Clearfield County man who killed his ex-girlfriend and her mother had a protection from abuse order against him. State police said Cody Bush shot and killed Victoria and Beth Shultz and injured another woman before taking his own life Friday.
