PennDOT announced Monday that more driver license centers in the western half of the state will be reopening for driver licensing and photo services.
The announcement is in response to the most recent guidance from the Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
PennDOT says the changes go into effect June 1 and will also affect locations with extended days of operations.

Friday is the day the Somerset County resort plans to open for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing.
According to a news release, the arrival of consistently cold temperatures allowed for extensive snowmaking Saturday through the first part of the week.

The Skating club of Johnstown held their Holidayz Ice Show on Sunday.
