University Park, PA (WJAC) — A homeless man is behind bars in Centre County after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman at a Penn State library.
Police say on Wednesday night, 35-year-old Brandon Taylor allegedly watched pornographic material on a computer at the Pattee Library.
Police say Taylor then reportedly exposed himself to a woman and asked multiple times for her to perform a sex act on him.
Police say Taylor is also a registered sex offender in New Hampshire and that he failed to notify authorities that he is in Pennsylvania. Read More...
