Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Residents in Centre County should expect traffic detours and parking changes in downtown Bellefonte as work is soon scheduled to begin on replacing the retaining walls at the county courthouse.
Plans call for work to begin within the next few weeks on the north side wall, which will close East High Street next to the courthouse.
That phase will take up to six months to complete and then next spring, weather permitting, the work moves to the other side of the courthouse.
