BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — State police say a Maryland teen has been charged for making a bomb threat to a Bedford County Sheetz.
Troopers say the threat was reported at the Sheetz in Breezewood around 3 a.m. Sunday and prompted the store to be evacuated.
A K-9 unit was brought in to clear the building.
Investigators say the 16-year-old who made the threat later called the store again and said it was a prank.
Troopers say they interviewed the teen and charges will be filed through juvenile probation.
