JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Many topics were discussed during this month’s Johnstown City Council meeting including a motion to adopt a new city commemorative banner.
The design for a new Johnstown commemorative banner was also voted on during the meeting after nearly 40 submissions were already narrowed down to two by city residents.
