LOGAN TOWNSHIP – Logan Township Police Chief Tim Mercer will resign from his job in March because of an undisclosed medical issue.
His resignation was accepted by Logan Township supervisors Thursday night.
Mercer’s last day will be March 6, 2018. He previously retired from the Pennsylvania State Police.

Pittsburgh (WJAC) — Following Monday night's NHL Draft lottery, the Pittsburgh Penguins now know where they will select in the first round of next month's draft.
Pittsburgh received the 14th overall selection for the upcoming 2023 NHL Draft, which will be held in Nashville in late June.
This is the highest selection Pittsburgh has had since 2012.
