JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Two families are displaced after a house fire in the 1000 block of Jacoby Street in the Walnut Grove section of Johnstown.

RICHLAND TWP, Pa. (WJAC) — The Kentucky Fried Chicken fast-food chain is set to open a restaurant in Johnstown this week.
On Sunday, the restaurant held a soft opening to get the team ready for the business set to come in after Christmas.
The new KFC is located on Scalp Avenue where Hometown Bar and Grille was located before closing its doors earlier this year.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Japan said Monday thatNorth Korea has informed it of a plan to launch a satellite by June 3.
Japan's coast guard said it has been notified by North Korea about its planned launch of a "satellite rocket" beginning Monday through midnight June 3.
The launch plan likely refers to the North's efforts to launch its second military spy satellite into space.
