Elk County duo charged with drug delivery resulting in death of relative

RIDGWAY - Elk County District Attorney Shawn McMahon announced Wednesday that two women have been charged with supplying drugs that killed a 24-year-old Kaitlyn Buerk in 2017. Police have filed drug delivery resulting in death charges against Allison Miller, 29, of Byrnedale and Theresa Sample., 27, of Johnsonburg. SCI Huntingdon prison employee charged for having sexual relationship with inmate

Huntingdon Co., PA (WJAC) — The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections says an employee at SCI Huntingdon is facing charges after being caught on video engaging in sexual acts with an inmate. Authorities say 52-year-old Kimberly Danfelt, of Mapleton Depot, is charged with one felony count of institutional sexual assault, according to online court documents. Three women sue Starbucks over non-dairy milk alternatives

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (WKRC) — A lawsuit is being brought against coffee giant Starbucks related to its non dairy drink substitutions. CBS News reports three women filed the suit in California in early March, claiming the chain charges extra for non-dairy alternatives in drinks with milk. They are alleging discrimination against people with lactose allergies, like them, by adding an "excessively high" surcharge of 50-80 cents.
